I saw this on youtube, it really is a great piece.

I have a program but I don't have a tablet! I'm fine at colouring them but...WAIT WHAT IF I MAKE THE PLAN THEN COLOUR IT IN :D

Draw it on paper and scan it in, then use the pen tool or something : P i guess there are tons of ways to do it!
